We want you to love your It’s lava pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. All items must be in their original condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Package the Goods
Place the items in their original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and hardware protectors are included.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
